Seminar Registration Form and Fees

Please provide the following information to register for a seminar.  You will be directed to a PayPal payment link after submitting your order below.  If you register for more than one seminar, be sure to change the "quantity" value upon entering PayPal.  You will receive confirmation of your registration.

• All seminars are 6 CEUs and run from 9:00am to 4:00pm, unless otherwise noted.
• The fee for all Seminars is $100 for Members; $125 for Non-Members, unless otherwise noted.
• All deadlines are one week prior to the seminar date.
• Seminars are subject to cancellation if minimum attendance requirements are not met by registration deadline.
